Supporting Lives collects the details people choose to submit through enquiry, booking, referral, and careers forms. This may include names, contact details, suburb or service location, support needs, funding type, preferred language, emergency contact details, career qualifications, and uploaded resumes.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess support requests, prepare quotes or schedules, review referrals, process career applications, and communicate with clients, families, referrers, applicants, and authorised team members.
Confidentiality
Client and applicant information is handled respectfully and shared only with people who need it to respond, coordinate support, manage safety, or meet service obligations. Supporting Lives does not sell personal information.
Secure handling
Website submissions are stored in the secure administration system. Access is limited to approved admin and staff users. Sensitive operational details should be reviewed regularly and removed when no longer required.
