Booking process
Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not confirm a service. Supporting Lives will review the request, contact the client or family, confirm support needs, discuss availability, and provide next steps before support begins.
Service agreements
Ongoing support may require an agreed schedule, service agreement, funding details, client responsibilities, cancellation expectations, and any safety or access information needed by the support team.
Cancellations and schedule changes
Clients and families should contact Supporting Lives as early as possible when a visit needs to be cancelled or changed. Cancellation terms may depend on the agreed service arrangement or funding requirements.
Client responsibilities
Clients, families, and referrers should provide accurate information, advise of risks or access needs, keep contact details current, and treat staff respectfully while support is being arranged or delivered.
Payments and funding
Support may be privately funded, NDIS funded, aged care funded, or arranged through other agreed funding options. Pricing, invoices, and payment terms should be confirmed before services commence.
